Contai provides one-stop ODM/OEM manufacturing services for industrial computing hardware, covering hardware R&D to finished product delivery. Our internal R&D team can deliver customized motherboard and mechanical structure design for ARM and X86 architectures. With in-house SMT workshop, assembly workshop and aging lab, we realize closed-loop production including mounting, assembly, testing and packaging.
We implement strict quality control systems certified by ISO9001:2015. Every batch of motherboards undergoes more than 4,000 reliability tests, with triple inspection of pre-factory check, on-site audit and OQC. Our product repair rate stays below 1%. Our industrial hardware supports fanless, wide-temperature and wide-voltage working conditions. All products meet export compliance standards, and we provide English technical & commercial support to deliver industrial computing hardware to markets such as Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
Contai has been engaged in industrial computing for over ten years since 2016.
We started in 2016 as an embedded hardware engineering team in Shenzhen. In 2018, Contai was officially founded, focusing on R&D of industrial hardware. In 2022, our modern smart factory was launched, equipped with self-owned SMT and assembly lines to achieve independent production control. In 2026, we continue scaling up global trade across Southeast Asia, the Middle East and more regions.
After a decade of deep cultivation in industrial computing, our core engineering team remains stable. We keep iterating industrial embedded hardware and have grown into an industrial computer hardware manufacturer integrating R&D, production and export.
Contai’s core team originated from the embedded hardware engineering team established back in 2016, and our key R&D members have stayed consistent over the years.
Our team covers hardware R&D, structural design, production technology, quality control, overseas business and other sectors. We are capable of independent motherboard design and industrial structure development. Our factory employs skilled production operators with ESD protection training. The quality inspection team carries out motherboard testing, system burn-in verification and finished goods inspection before shipment.
