15 Inch Fanless Industrial Panel PC Intel Core i5 IP65 Touchscreen All-in-One Computer for Automation

The CONTAI PPC150-W10 is a 15-inch fanless industrial panel PC designed for embedded mounting in demanding automation environments. Its flat brushed aluminium front panel and fully enclosed fanless chassis deliver dust and water protection up to IP65 while keeping the unit completely silent and maintenance-free. Built for continuous 24-hour duty, it is equally at home on a factory floor, inside a power substation cabinet or within a self-service terminal.

The platform is driven by a self-developed industrial-grade x86 motherboard that can be configured with up to an Intel 10th Generation Core i5 processor, and it complies with EMC interference standards for dependable operation around heavy electrical equipment. The 15-inch TFT LCD delivers a crisp 1024 x 768 (4:3) image at 300 cd/m2 with a 1000:1 contrast ratio, 89/89/89/89 viewing angles and 16.7M colours, while the 10-point projected capacitive touchscreen accepts fingers, gloves and capacitive styli. A wide 12-36V DC input, a slim 3 mm front bezel and an anti-interference design turn the PPC150-W10 into a rugged control and visualisation hub.

Each batch completes a 24-hour burn-in test, a full display and touchscreen verification and an EMC compliance check.
